Beware of this company

Beware of this company. Terrible service. I should have read the reviews first... I ordered a birthday gift of strawberries. I was sent an email from sherri berries with a tracking number that stated I would receive my package by 130pm. I have a screen shot as proof. So our birthday plans were made around the time that we were giving confirmation for. We made reservations for dinner for 3pm. 130 came and no delivery. I called customer service and ask for a refund and was told there was nothing they could do till after8pm I spoke with 2 supervisors that hung up on me. I was told that it says on the website that delivery times are 9 to 8. And if we are giving a specific time for delivery that it can change at anytime. Which no where on the website does it say that it can change if given a guaranteed time. I was told that if we aren't home they won't deliver. So now I have to miss the birthday day dinner for my sister. So I can stay and wait for the delivery. We live in az and are Temps are still 100 degrees. Even with an ice pack they wont last very long in this heat being transferred from a delivery warehouse to in a truck all day for 2 to 3 dayThis company as ruined this day for us..

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Not reliable. Ordered for sons milestone bday, for delivery two days prior to the actual date. Long story short, after no shows and phone call, and some very suspicious and confusing excuses, the best they could offer was to refund my delivery fee and deliver three days AFTER the birthday date. Never ever ever again will i trust this company to celebrate a loved ones milestone. Buyer beware and dont put your trust in this company!

Don't even deserve one star!

I ordered from them 2 times over the course of 3 months, and always one week in advance to give them plenty of time. Every time it was the same thing; the chocolate covered strawberries arrived 5 days late, I was never contacted in advance to have the option of trying to save the day for the occasion by making other plans, and every time I called, I was told that they have no information other than that it was not delivered and was given a list of maybes... maybe they were out of the item I wanted, maybe the recipient was not home, maybe there were issues with locating the residence... etc. No one had any idea why the delay both times.
My partner also ordered flowers for me on Mother's day and my Birthday and it happened to him too. NEVER AGAIN!

Berries left at garage crushed

Delivery (of chocolate covered strawberries) was left at garage door exactly where they would be run over when we backed out. Never had a delivery left like that in 22 years. I called to let company know they should talk to their delivery service—. They wanted to check with the person who sent the gift, or talk to my husband (whose surgery prompted the gift). So we need to alert the gift giver that their gift was run over or get my husband out of his hospital bed to confirm the strawberries were run over? Wow! That’s some customer service! I wasn’t even asking for replacement.

Just what I wanted, perfect!

I ordered flowers and dipped strawberries before I read all these reviews and wondered if I’d made a mistake. The box was on my doorstep at 8am on the morning I wanted it delivered. I opened it and arranged the flowers for my husband and got everything prepared to surprise him. The strawberries were gorgeous and delicious and perfect. So I am very happy! It was for our 4th anniversary, representing fruit and flowers… 💐🍓

The worst customer service!

My mom ordered me a birthday gift of a half dozen chocolate covered strawberries and they arrived a day late, open and EATEN! The ice pack was hot to the touch and chocolate remnants smeared on the inside of the box. We called and had them send another, it still has not arrived and I bet anything it will arrive eaten or damaged. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Save yourself some stress, time and money and bring your service to someone who will get it right. I'm honestly surprised this company is still in business. I will not be ordering here again and will advise everyone I know to steer clear!

Ordered the birthday covered…

Ordered the birthday covered strawberries. Arrived the day I requested however when delivered no one rang the door bell or knocked to let us know. Living n Texas it gets hot. Once my wife realized they were outside on the porch they were melted the strawberries were ruined and spent $60 for a horrible experience. Never again!

Would give a zero if possible

Would give a zero if possible. Ordered cheesecake bites to be delivered on 7/20/22. They didn't make it until 7/22 in the late evening. They were warm and melted. My father in law called and was told a full refund would be given but the person who ordered had to call. My husband called and was told that we had to prove the order was uneatable and we needed to provide pics and we would only get a 50% refund. Also they insisted on resending the order, but was out of stock so now we had to choose something else. They DO NOT HONOR their money back guarantee. NEVER AGAIN!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
